ReplyDeletehey all american (reminds me of hoodie allen), i'm a new reader who recently tore through your entire blog, and while i can't exactly relate to your relationship with your gf since i'm a lot more gay than i am bi, and i can't exactly offer you any advice, and maybe i'm being really optimistic here because i'm selfishly hoping that everything pans out for you so that it gives hope for me, but i really think everything will turn out fine. it seems pretty hypocritical of me to say this because i'm still working on the whole coming out process, but i'd like to think our generation of early twentysomethings are a lot more open-minded than that of our parents. hopefully you'd decide to tell your girlfriend about your sexuality, and somehow i think she would be okay with that, as long as u tell her u do not want to cheat on her - cos this gives u credibility, and maybe she'd actually be fine with figuring it out together with you. i think it's really important to tell someone because there is something about the fucking brain that makes itself go into hyperfreakout mode and feel really really alone irrationally. so you should really tell her, or tell a straight friend that you can trust to not turn his back on a bro. once you don't feel alone, it probably would be better.
