Hump Day Post

Bros,

Whats up?  How is everyone’s week going? Only two more days of work so I guess we can’t complain too much. The weeks go by so quickly now. I know it doesn’t seem like it on Sunday night, but for real, they go by pretty fast. I enjoy my job, and the people I work with, but after a couple more years of it, I’m going to want to switch it up and try something else out. I want my next job to be something I truly have a passion for.  I just wish I knew what that passion was : /

Part of me wants to eventually get my MBA and stay in corporate America, but there is also part of me that wants to start my own company.  There is also a small part of me that toys with the idea of law school as well.  As you all know, I am extremely indecisive with all of my major life choices so why should my career path be any different? If I went the entrepreneurial route, I’ve got a few pretty good ideas that I think could really take off with time and some capital.

So what is everyone up to this weekend? I’ve been spending just butt loads of money as of late so I am going to head to my parents house out in the burbs and lay low / not spend any money. I need a nice relaxing weekend anyways. I’ll get to hang out with my dog, get my parents to take me out to a couple nice restaurants, maybe go see a movie or two, and best of all NOT SPEND A DIME. Should be a good time.

Don’t get me wrong, I love going out with my friends, and hitting the bars all day Saturday and staying out until 4-5 AM Sunday morning just as much as the next guy, but sometimes its just too much. I’m pretty big homebody at heart. I like to watch movies or read a good book, catch a game with the old man and my broham, workout, cook, basically just chill. I’m a very laidback guy in general, I typically just go with the flow… unless the flow is going somewhere I don’t like that is : )

Alright bros, its time for me to get some sleep. I should actually have some pretty big news about my career coming up here in a couple of weeks, but don’t want to say anything yet as nothing is for sure, so we shall see.
